In the near future, this will no longer be a problem, as all new phones have nudge readability activated from the factory. In the rare case that someone's device cannot read your nudge, simply open your nudge app and let them scan your QR code. Easy!

Nope, simply nudge your profile to them and they will be prompted to open your profile. Your profile will be opened in their mobiles internet browser. However, if you wish to save someone's profile or add them to your connections then they will need the nudge app. 

Nope, you just need your nudge device to nudge someone. However, you will need the nudge application to create your profile, update it and bind it to your nudge device. The nudge app also has your profiles QR code for easy sharing with devices that do not have nudge readability. 

Simply download our application for apple or android and create your profile and follow the prompts for nudge activation. After creating your profile you will be able to activate it now or later (in the apps menu). You will bind your profile to your nudge by tapping your nudge to the top of your mobile.

We suggest you place your nudge at the bottom of either your phone or your phone's case. As almost all phones have their reader on the top of the device. To avoid your own nudge activating your reader we suggest that you test placement before sticking it on.

Nudge utilises Near Field Communication (NFC) technology between your nudge and the mobile device you are nudging. Nudge will only share your profile if nudged within very close proximity (1-5cm). This is the same technology that Apple Pay and Google Pay utilise for cardless purchases. This technology is now an industry standard and has been active in devices since 2015 and is here to stay. If you lose your nudge you can easily bind your profile to a brand new nudge. In fact, you can bind several nudges to the same profile. Simply open the nudge app and click on activate and bind it as you did for your lost nudge.

If this is occurring this means your nudge was placed too close to your reader. We suggest that your place your nudge at the bottom of your phone avoid this problem from occurring.
